KidCo's Élongate® system is the premier child and pet safety gate designed to fit wide openings and spans. Wall mounted for safety, the Élongate features a walk-through door that can be configured at either end of the gate. A simple, one-hand adult release allows the door to swing open in either direction.

Using the latest in European technology, each Élongate safety gate is constructed of heavy tubular steel with a non-toxic white plastic coating. This baby, child and pet safety gate has an attractive, simple design that complements any decor.

KidCo's Elongate Safety Gate Features:

Simple one-hand adult release
Door swings in both directions (not recommended for the top of the stairs)
Steel construction, non-toxic White coating
Hinge side can be installed on angled wall

Basic Elongate Fits openings 45" to 60" wide.
Optional extensions are available for openings wider than 60":

Use one 24" Extension for openings 5'-7'
Use two 24" Extensions for openings 7'-9'
Use three 24" Extensions for openings 9'-11'
Use four 24" Extensions for openings 11'-13'
Use KidCo's All-purpose safety gate installation kits to aid in installation on stair banisters and sheetrock.
