For U.S. Continental addresses, Ground
and Expedited are available.
For Alaska and Hawaii, we ship via
USPS for ground service, UPS 2nd Day/3rd Day for Expedited.
For APO/FPO (US military overseas),
we ship USPS Prioirty Mail -
or Parcel Post for larger items
For Canadian, PR and USVI, USPS
International Airmail service is the only shipping method we
use.

What happens when a product I want is not in stock?
Product availability is shown in the shopping cart at the time of your
order. You will be notified if a product is on backorder of more than
2 weeks. If you've ordered several items, we will ship those available
immediately and the remaining item(s) as soon as we receive them. When
possible, we will try to give you an idea of when we expect to receive
any out-of-stock or backordered items. You will be charged only for

How can I return or exchange an item?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges
for any item within 30 days of the shipping date, and credit returns for
the full merchandise purchase price, less shipping. Simply
fill out the return form provided with your order, mark "Return"

If your order arrives incorrect or
damaged in any way, please contact us immediately via email at orders@kidsmartliving.com,
or toll-free at 866-323-9654 Repack the items in
the original shipping box and fill out the return form. We will arrange
the return of the order and correct the order or replace the damaged item(s)

Can I return a gift for cash?
You can exchange a gift or receive a store credit for the value of the
gift (in the form of a gift certificate). We cannot issue a credit amount
directly to a gift recipient's credit card. A gift giver can return an
