Updates and Shipping Notification
You will receive email confirmation of your online order once placed.
Upon shipment, you'll receive another email with the shipping information
and a link to track your shipment online. Please check your spam and bulk
email folders if you do not find our emails, they are sometimes blocked

Print Our Return Form
Your satisfaction is our priority. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges
for any unused item within 30 days of the shipping date (except our Just
"4" Kids furniture and beanbags, see below). Upon receipt of your return
or exchange, we will promptly refund the merchandise purchase price to
your credit card for returns, or send a replacement item for exchanges.

Fees Apply to Certain Returns:
- Returns of Orders that Shipped Free: Actual shipping charges will be deducted from the merchandies refund.
- Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
- 10% Restock Fee May be Assessed: On orders that are returned more than 45 days past the delivery date; on large discounted orders; on baby gates returned with incomplete installation hardware.

unless there is a mistake - which we will happily correct!!!

Please re-pack the item(s) in the original shipping carton, insure the
package for the full value, and retain your shipping and insurance receipts.
If a return does not arrive in our warehouse, we must have proof of delivery
(a UPS tracking number or post office proof of delivery) in order to credit

Mishaps, Shortages or Damaged Items
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged in any way, please contact

If Your Baby Safety Gate or Childproofing Item is Missing any Hardware: All Baby Gates and Childproofing products ship in original factory packaging. If your package is missing any installation hardware, please contact us for assistance in getting quick replacement of missing pieces.
