Directions for poaching eggs with the MiracleWare Microwave Egg Poacher
- Pour ½ tsp if water into each section of the egg poacher.
- Break one egg into each section of the poacher.
- Center the yolk and pour ½ tsp of the water over each egg.
- Pierce the white and yolk of the egg lightly several times.
- Cover with lid and cook on medium med/high heat for approximately 30 seconds per egg.
Example: 1 egg = 30 seconds, 4 eggs = 2 min
- Monitor cooking every 15-30 seconds.
- Stop microwave when the eggs are slightly softer than desired and let stand for 30 seconds before opening lid. Egg will continue cooking with lid in place.
