"No Holes" Baby Gate Installation Kit for SPINDLES or Oversized Posts

The Spindle and Oversized Post baby gate installation clamp kit helps you install virtually any baby safety gate onto stairway railings when you can't reach a banister post. It can also be used on oversized square-shaped banister posts up to 6.25" thick.

Two 8" long wood clamps provide a means for attaching your gate to a pair of thin stairway spindles (balusters) without screwing directly into the spindle. Then, a 34” wood strip is attached to the clamps to provide a versatile and secure base that can be used with most hardware-mounted baby safety gates.

Works with baby gates with mounting hinge and lock bracket hardware less than 1.5” in width, including the Cardinal Safety Gate and KidCo Center Gateway, KidCo E'longate, and KidCo's Configure Gate and Hearth Gate, plus other brands.

The Stair Spindle / Oversized Post Installation Kit can be used in two ways:
For Thin Spindles: Fits most thin spidles from 1" to 1.5 thick and set no farther than 6.5" apart - measuring the outer width of the spindle pair.
For Oversized Square Posts: Fits posts up to 6.25" thick. Longer bolts must be purchased for oversize posts, longer bolts are not included due to the variations in size.

What will you need?:

• Buy one kit if gate will mount to a wall on one side and railing/banister post on the other.
• Buy two kits if the gate will mount to banister posts/railings on both sides.
