Instructions on how to use Piggy Paint Topcoat & Primecoat:

Clean nails with Piggy Paint remover or soap and water
Make sure fingers and Topcoat/Primecoat are warmed to room temperature
Wipe on a very thin coat of Primecoat. Allow to dry for 30 seconds.
Apply 2 thin coats of Piggy Paint nail polish.
Air dry, then blow dry polished nails for 30 seconds (warm heat/low blower) between each coat.
Apply Topcoat and allow nails to dry to touch. Blow dry 30 seconds.
